I really need to sort out my sleeping pattern, I went really well for ages but now back to being up at stupid o’clock each night. Fail.

Dont worry, it’s teesside. I’m pretty sure it won’t fill up and there’s uni owned halls and loads of other accomodaton available. just stay away from campus lifestyle; mouldy houses etc.

 Awesome. The Fountain facebook group has an album of tattoos inspired by films and while I would usually consider this quite gay, some of them are amazing. God I love that film. I would reccomend it to anyone!

Gym today was good. did some mega interval warmup,proper bushes you though. Went up another 5kg on some of the weights, and eaten pretty well today except for a naughty pack of Doritos.

I had a pretty stressy weekend but I think I got most of it covered now. I have a shit-ton to do tonight though, and tomorrow, which pretty much sucks, but I’d like to think that better things are around the corner.

I have some letters from a friend that died a few years ago and I just read them all the time. Most everything else I have is fairly replaceable, but I would be fairly lost without those.

Today has been epic long and I don’t really feel like I have gotten a massive amount of shit done. The session at the gym was fairly shitty and I didn’t have much energy for it, so I did very little cardio (in fact just did 5 mins on the treadmill, but man what a 5 mins! alternated between 5km/h-18km/h 30 secs on 45 secs off. my heart rate shot right up to 170! mental. For your mental image, i was pretty much running like the T-1000) and then hit the resistance machines. Stuff is going well there, I notched it up one on most of them (fuck that push-up one though).

Diet wise today my addiction to protein shakes continues and I have eaten well today, resisting offers of pizza-hut from darran and in general achieving all the calorie and protein goals for the day.

Christ this is boring. 

Next week is sheffield corporation and I am determined to party hard. last time I went I was back at jess’s by 12:30 holding her hair out of her face while she sicked on cars below. It was funny. and kind of surreal. but i’d rather dance to pendulum and drink 50p vodkas.

I am seriously considering moving to Leeds, maybe even manchester, when this whole first source thing sorts itself out. my ties here were pretty much photography and friends, as well as barclaycard, but you can see friends whenever, photography can be done anywhere. and obviously barclaycard has sold us up the river a little bit.

i guess where is just the key point. I’d love to gatecrash brighton and hang out with sam, but its fucking miles away and full of southerners. i have a big emotional attachment to manchester, and leeds is like a second home. I’d even consider durham or newcastle. we’ll have to see!

I’m definitely going to have to get a housemate though, I’m pissing money up the wall at the moment by living alone. Just need to find someone that doesnt want to strangle cats!
